Credentials

The Fred Parker Company has attained the Graduate Master Builder Certification through the Home Builders Institue of the National Association of Home Builders. GMB is the highest attainable level and  Fred has reached it. He is one of the only builders in the area to hold both a GMB and a CGR certificate.

All Certified Graduate Remodelors must have owned or managed a remodeling business for at least five years and must be approved by a nine-member board of govenors. In addition, all CGR's must provide letters of reference, business insurance, and licensing information to the board before they are approved for certification.

The Certified Master Builder/Remodeler Program encourages and promotes professionalism within the home building industry. It requires all Certified Master Builders/Remodlers to meet strict qualifications. The program benefits home buyers by providing a means to recognize home builders, remodelers, and associates who meet these rigorous qualifications.
